"At Rocket, I serve as the Chief Diversity Officer for Rocket Companies® . I have the honor of leading our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies. My career began at Rocket nearly 10 years ago and I’ve had the opportunity to lead several teams – Leadership Development, Organizational Engagement and Talent Management.

My team and I work hard to ensure Rocket Companies® weaves Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into all its practices, policies, processes and programs to ensure it is integrated into the organization’s DNA. Ultimately, we want to ensure our workplace gives every team member a sense of belonging as well as the clients we serve from communities and all walks of life.

Our goal is to achieve the highest performing teams by recruiting team members who will bring diversity of thought, experience and perspective.

Additionally, I am proud of our internal programs tied to education and homeownership offered to team members. We know that for so many of us, access to quality education and homeownership have been barriers for us to create generational wealth and has caused us to remain behind. These programs work internally and externally to crush those barriers – and the best part is that we’re just getting started.

My knowledge of all that makes up Rocket – as well as my personal experiences – makes me prepared and passionate for the role I am in today and we’re excited for you to join us."
