At Rocket, diversity, equity, and inclusion aren’t separate from our values, they’re how our values come to life. My team and I work to ensure those values are reflected in everything we do, from our hiring practices to the way we support team member growth and belonging.

Our goal is to build the highest-performing teams by intentionally recruiting team members from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe when our teams thrive, they deliver the best outcomes for the clients and communities we serve.
