Click on the position for which you’d like to apply. You’ll provide your name and email address to our “Talent Community.” From there you’ll fill out a few more pages in our applicant tracking system regarding your employment history and background. Provide your contact information and then upload a current copy of your resume. The whole process only takes a few minutes!
Because we are primarily a financial institution, we’ll conduct criminal background, reference, and credit checks prior to a formal offer of employment, with your consent, of course.

Absolutely! You can find available opportunities for our “Tour of Duty” program by filtering Job Type to “Tour of Duty,”. Here you’ll learn more about our amazing program that creates career opportunities for veterans, service members and their families.
If you call your Recruiter back and receive their voicemail, please leave a detailed message with your name, number and the best time for you to be reached. You’ll hear back within two business days via phone or text. If you don’t hear anything within that timeframe, please contact us at Careers@MyRocketCareer.com.

It generally takes our Recruiters and Hiring Leaders a few weeks to review your application. You will be updated via email if you weren’t a match compared to other candidates in process or if the position was filled. After an interview with a Recruiter or Hiring Leader, you will get an update over the phone regardless of the outcome.

We automatically consider all our applicants for ALL open positions. Instead of uploading a resume and cover letter for each position you’re interested in, just apply once. If your Recruiter calls, you can let them know which other positions have caught your eye!
