Your First Day At Rocket

Your orientation varies according to your role and will be outlined by your recruiter prior to your start date.
Most new hires attend a three-day orientation. This detailed and thorough experience will introduce you to our culture and provide foundational tools to set you on the path to a successful career at Rocket Companies.
Before your start date, you’ll receive all the equipment to perform your job and a New Hire Guidebook with step-by-step instructions on how to set up your technology. We will check in with you frequently leading up to your first day to make sure everything is going smoothly.

Number of steps and interviews may vary by role. Once you have submitted your application, your next step is almost always a phone interview with one of our amazing recruiters. After your phone interview, you could receive an invitation to interview with a leader. These interviews can be either in-person or virtual.
Email is the other best way to reach your recruiter. Don’t be afraid to message your recruiter if you have something urgent to discuss!
Our recruiters advise candidates to only apply for one to two positions that are the strongest match. Once you speak directly with a recruiter, they will be able to get a clearer picture of where you will match best, or they may know of another position that they feel you would be a better match for!

Yes, we do for specific positions, however we have a few requirements. You must have 2 years remaining on your H1-B or have attained your I-140. In addition, your degree must be aligned with the position you are applying for.
