As Director, Digital Product Management, you’ll enable digital product management teams by providing vision, resources and a clear path to achieve goals. You’ll be attuned to the business, product, technology and strategic landscape in which your teams reside by studying all available roadmaps and data. Additionally, you’ll mentor digital product managers and/or leaders to reach their full potential within the organization.
About the Role
Lead and mentor teams of digital product managers
Guide the strategy, execution, and relentless delivery of business outcomes.
Mold the evolution of foundational systems to our trading platform through strategic thinking, influence, and excellent execution.
Understand product strategies and maintain awareness of broader changes that impact the digital product management teams
Establish a culture of product success through analysis, data-driven experimentation, hypothesis testing, measurement and client satisfaction
Ensure adoption of product management best practices and processes
Recognize trends affecting delivery goals and support teams' short- and long-term resolutions, removing systemic roadblocks when necessary
Recommend trends and changes in the broader design, technology, business and regulatory landscapes
Share insights from multiple teams to support strategic organizational planning
Develop short-, mid- and long-term key results with multiple teams to achieve objectives
Collaborate with leadership to support team member onboarding and growth
Identify, implement and drive adoption of best practices within the leadership community
About You
10+ years of digital product management experience in complex financial or mortgage industry environments, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role.
Demonstrated success in building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams and team members that deliver against strategic goals.
Influential leader with the ability to shape and drive strategic initiatives that set direction and align internal stakeholders.
Exceptional craftsmanship in Digital Product Management. Expertise in balancing both execution and strategy, managing across the software development lifecycle.
Deep analytical skills to translate data-driven insights and discovery into actional product improvements with a focus on outcomes over outputs.
Experience in mortgage or trading software, ideally in math-heavy and technical areas.
Client-centric, passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
Exceptional communicator that thrives on simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences from cross-functional teams to executives.
Ownership mindset.
Proven track record of inspiring a One Team mentality across cross-functional partners.
Eager to mentor and develop others contributing to an environment where team members can grow and succeed.

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is one hundred fifty-one thousand five hundred dollars to three hundred forty-one thousand dollars. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
