Description

    As a Principal HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate with senior and executive leadership to support people-related strategies and initiatives that align with overall business goals and objectives. You’ll serve as a consultant and main point of contact for people-related strategies and functions to enhance the team member experience, support process improvement and drive organizational people strategies.

    About the Role

    • Serve as a business consultant to senior and executive leadership for people-related strategies, including acting as the main point of contact for people-related functions
    • Support and drive organizational restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
    • Leverage people data and team member insights to identify team member trends and opportunities in order to recommend actions for improvement
    • Support the development, implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
    • Drive the development and execute of people strategies with senior/executive leadership and HR support teams to support business goals and objectives
    • Partner with appropriate senior leadership and team members to proactively anticipate, assess and solve people-related opportunities
    • Build strong partnerships across the organization to effectively tie threads and meet business goals and objectives
    • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the business goals, operations, opportunities, and structure to effectively support leaders in building and executing on business strategies

    About You

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 10 - 15 years of relevant experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 10 - 15 years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • Human resources certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
