Description

As a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will lead the technical design and implementation of multichannel marketing and transactional journeys—including email, SMS, and push notifications—in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Leveraging data insights, you will optimize these journeys and guide Marketing CRM strategies. You will also write SQL-based automations and queries for audience building, harness Salesforce Einstein, and work with custom APIs to power journeys. Your expertise in marketing automation, technology, and business will empower you to introduce innovative solutions, drive key stakeholder conversations, and provide strategic technical leadership for marketing automation journeys—owning the technical process from ideation to execution.

In this role, you will continually develop your skill set by staying up to date on industry trends, collaborating with technology and business partners across teams, and participating in role-related internal and external educational channels. You will also mentor your peers. Success in this role will be defined by strong communication and organizational skills, cultural alignment, a driven and self-motivated approach, demonstrated results in the growth and optimization of multi/omni-channel campaigns, and a commitment to collaboration and partnership in achieving both personal and company goals.
