Job Summary

As a Rocket Loans Trainer, you'll have the opportunity to facilitate and contribute to training programs, focus on the transfer of knowledge in a classroom environment, and use professional or educational experience to assist in developing content curriculum.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate learning via classroom instruction and webinars
  • Incorporate a variety of presentation methods and applications to accommodate adult learning styles
  • Deliver new hire training and other ongoing training programs
  • Provide creative, effective classroom instruction throughout the organization
  • Manage a classroom environment, analyze results and identify gaps in training needs
  • May design leader and participant guides, job aids, training curriculum and other required coursework that is clear, concise and accurate
  • May create exercises, instructional activities and training assessments that reinforce learning
